1. What we collect

We collect only the information you choose to provide and limited technical data needed to operate and secure the Site.

  • Contact details you submit: when you fill out the “Request a Quote” form, we collect your name and email address.
  • Submission metadata: the time of submission and a short tag identifying the source page (e.g., construction-comms-landing).
  • Bot-mitigation signals: when the form is submitted, Cloudflare Turnstile may collect technical signals (such as IP address, browser characteristics, and interaction patterns) to verify that the submission is from a human. We do not see the underlying signals; we only receive a pass/fail token.
  • Server logs: our hosting provider may keep standard request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps, requested URL) for security, abuse prevention, and operational diagnostics.

We do not request, and ask that you do not submit, sensitive personal information (such as government identifiers, financial account numbers, health information, or precise location) through this Site.

2. How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiry and follow up about BATS Wireless construction site communications services.
  • To prepare tailored configurations, proposals, and pricing.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the Site, including preventing fraud and abuse.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not use information you submit for advertising, behavioral profiling, or automated decision-making that produces legal effects.

3. When we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as follows:

  • Within BATS Wireless — with employees and contractors who need it to respond to your inquiry.
  • Service providers — vendors that help us operate the Site and process inquiries, bound by confidentiality and limited to the purposes we authorize (see Section 4).
  • Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

4. Third-party services on this Site

  • Cloudflare Turnstile — bot mitigation for the contact form. See Cloudflare's privacy notice at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
  • Activepieces — receives the contact-form payload (name, email, timestamp, source tag, Turnstile token) via a secure webhook so our team is alerted to new inquiries. See activepieces.com/privacy-policy.
  • Google Fonts — the Inter web font is loaded from Google's font CDN. Google may receive your IP address as part of the standard request. See policies.google.com/privacy.
  • Hosting provider — our hosting provider stores the Site's static files and serves them to visitors.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

This Site does not set advertising or analytics cookies of its own. Cloudflare Turnstile may set short-lived cookies or local storage entries needed to evaluate whether a form submission is from a human; these are limited to bot mitigation. You can block cookies in your browser, but doing so may prevent the contact form from working.

6. How long we keep information

We keep contact-form submissions for as long as needed to support active sales conversations and our ongoing business relationship, and as required for legal, accounting, or compliance purposes — typically up to three years after the last interaction, unless you ask us to delete sooner. Server and security logs are retained for a shorter period in line with operational needs.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information we hold, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), bot-mitigation on submission, and access controls on internal systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you;
  • Correct inaccurate information;
  • Delete information we no longer need to retain;
  • Object to or restrict certain processing;
  • Withdraw consent where we relied on consent; and
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 12. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

9. Children's privacy

This Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. International visitors

We operate from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., information you provide will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., which may have different data-protection laws than your country. By using the Site, you consent to this transfer.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
